Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Poréa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Poréa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at porea.contact@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
